Slinging Pizza for Crosstown

Crosstown members and supporters had a great time preparing pizzas for our semi-annual Pizza Fundraiser! A Crosstown Harmony Pizza is like music for your taste buds. The crunchy, crisp crust crackles a tune, the tangy sauce sings, the toppings make a sweet melody and the cheese strings the cords together into a masterpiece of pizza!

As a non-profit, we rely on the generosity of individuals like you to support our ongoing efforts to bring harmony and the barbershop art form to others. You can support our mission of musical excellence and education by participating in any one of our fundraisers throughout the year. Dinner Time at Children's Hospital

It's Dinner on the House, provided by Remax, for the families at Children's Hospital and Crosstown Harmony was invited to perform at this monthly event. Afterall, what is dinner without a little music.

Musical Mayhem

The members of Crosstown are committed to furthering their musical skills and take part in many educational events throughout the year. Musical Mayhem 2017 was a great learning experience with special guest Darlene Rogers!

Darlene Rogers is the Director of Texas Harmony Chorus, a chapter of Sweet Adelines International, is an acclaimed music educator and vocal coach. She has been teaching and coaching proper vocal production skills to choruses and quartets in the barbershop idiom for more than three decades.

Chorus Retreat, an Amazing Learning Opportunity

Crosstown Harmony welcomed special guest coaches Karen Sweeters and her sister Gina Kaiser to share their knowledge and skills in barbershop during our semi-annual weekend retreat. With over 35 years in Sweet Adelines International, Karen has gone from singing "on the risers" to directing Harmony on the Sound, 15 time North Atlantic Region 1 Champions, located in Trumball, Conneticut. She's also a Certified Judge in the Expression Category and has escalated to the top level of Sweet Adelines musicianship as a Master Director. Gina Kaiser is a Visual Specialist, Choreographer and Showmanship Judge extraordinaire.

Thanks to the fabulous sister coaching team, we sang better, learned loads and laughed a whole lot!! There's no place like Crosstown Harmony!!

Group Outing: Pentatonix!

It's not all work and no play for Crosstown Harmony members. Quite the opposite! Friendships are formed and carry into our everyday lives, and we're always planning fun events. On July, 8th Eighty Three of our members, friends & family converged upon the WI State Fair to watch a great performance by Pentatonix. There's nothing better than attending a concert with people who appreciate a cappella music as much as you do.

Tip Your Bartender

Crosstown Harmony Chorus members filled the beer stand at the Ozaukee County Fair to serve up suds to its' fairgoers. We had a great time hanging out with our Crosstown sisters and singing for our supper! Thanks to everyone who gave their time to work the fair and to the patrons who generously tipped us for our hard work. We'll be back again next year!

Coaching with Lynne Smith

On Monday, July 17th we had the honor of learning from Showmanship coach extraordinaire Lynne Smith! It was a great evening filled with laughter, fun and of course some great tips on improving our performance.

We had a ball on The Morning Blend

The Morning Blend is Milwaukee's local, live morning talk show starring hosts Molly Fay & Tiffany Ogle. They showcase local businesses, non-profits, events and celebrities. We had a blast showcasing our talents to the TV audience and hope we captured the attention of anyone intersted in singing. Come join us!
