Caroling at the Burlington Christmas Parade & Tree Lighting
Crosstown Harmony brought lots of Christmas cheer to the Burlington Christmas Parade & Tree Lighting Ceremony on Friday, December 2nd.
This year’s parade theme was the “Christmas Vacation" and it was an event is full of sweets, happiness, and fantastical floats that glided through the historic downtown. Crosstown harmony got the crowd in the holiday spirit by carolling the streets before the parade to get everyone in a festive mood.
Following the parade was the Tree Lighting in Wehmhoff Square Park. The 14 ft. Spruce was donated by Reesman's Services and was a spectacle to see. Crosstown Harmony sang at the tree lighting while Mr. & Mrs.Claus were on hand to do the lighting and then retreated to the Chalet where they met children eager to tell them what they want for Christmas. Also, in the park, was Live Reindeer, hot chocolate, cookies and music for all to enjoy! It was another great event and Crosstown can't wait to be back next year!
